What type of unit is best for you ?
ALL UNITS ARE MACHINE MADE...
- Closure Units- Low maintenance , if worn properly can give the illusion of a frontal. can be worn back in a low ponytail
- Frontal Units- Requires more maintenance. Very versatile, give the illusion of a full natural hairline. Unit can be pulled into a sleek ponytail high or low , parted anywhere from ear to ear .
Time Frame
- Please allow up to 7-14 business days to receive your unit, We are working very hard to ensure all orders are fulfilled in a timely manner. If you have any concerns or questions please feel free to email me oa@oliviaastonstyles.com
- Once your unit is complete you will receive an email informing you the shipping process has begun. At that point in process Olivia Aston is no longer responsible for the unit, you will be given a tracking number.
- Company policies – There are No Refunds or exchanges. However, if you are local you can set up an appointment so I can personally examine the unit and fix any issues you maybe having. You will have the opportunity to leave any comments or instructions at the moment of purchase

Pricing
the price you will pay for each unit is the cost of materials plus the production cost along with shipping.
with every unit there is a production cost of $175 That covers constructing the unit, customizing, cut and style. The rest of the cost will cover the hair , any extra services such as color and shipping. Please keep in mind the longer the hair , the higher the cost. The more unique the unit is the higher the cost.
The life span of “non-custom” units such as full lace, vendor made units are about 8-12months due to shedding , depending on how gentle you are . Compared to an OA custom unit which last about 2 plus years.
